PRISM 12S

Twelve cells. One purpose.

Built from the cell up.

Twelve prismatic cells, 148 by 26.5 by 91 millimetres, packed to the millimetre.

Laser-welded bus bars.

Aluminium, welded to every terminal. Minimum resistance, no bolts to loosen.

Sensing on every cell.

Voltage and temperature from all twelve, hundreds of times a second, into the BMS.

Liquid cooling in the base.

A serpentine cold plate under a silicone thermal pad. Every cell in its comfort zone.

One sealed enclosure.

Powder-coated steel. Serviceable from the top. Rated for the road.

Every part has a job.

Nothing on this module is decorative.

Inside the cell.

Every PRISM cell is one continuous electrode pair, wound flat and sealed in aluminium.

Sealed.

0.6 mm aluminium can, laser-welded lid, blue PET wrap.

Flat-wound.

Cathode, separator, anode. One pair, wound 36 times.

Watch it charge.

Graphite turns gold as lithium moves in. That is not a render trick. It is chemistry.

Runs cool.

Fast charging makes heat. The cold plate takes it out from below.

3C charge.

Full in twenty minutes. The middle of the stack works hardest.

Within eight degrees.

Cold plate held at 18 °C. Simulated surface temperature, colour-mapped.
